Add a free TDEE calculator to your site
If you write about fitness or run a gym, you can put our calculator on your own page. It's free, there's no sign-up, and it has no ads.
Copy this code
Paste it into your page's HTML wherever you want the calculator. On WordPress, use a "Custom HTML" block. On Squarespace or Wix, use an "Embed" or "Code" block.
The small script lets the calculator grow and shrink to fit, so your readers never scroll inside a box. If your site doesn't allow scripts, leave that line out and the calculator still works at a fixed height.
Options
- Dark mode: change the address to
https://tdeecalculator.ai/embed/?theme=dark, or?theme=autoto follow each reader's phone or computer setting. - Width: it fits any column from phone size up. Change
max-width:560pxif you want it wider.
What your readers get
- Their TDEE and BMR from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, or Katch-McArdle if they add their body fat.
- A calorie target to lose, maintain or gain, with the pace rated against their body weight and a safe minimum.
- Daily protein, carbs and fat in grams.
We don't show ads, email sign-ups or shopping links inside the calculator. Nothing your readers type is sent to us; the math runs in their browser. We count how many times the calculator is opened, the same way we count visits to our own site.
A few simple rules
- Keep the "TDEE calculator by TDEECalculator.AI" line under it.
- Don't change the calculator or put it inside a page that claims it's your own tool.
- It gives estimates for healthy adults aged 18 to 80. Please don't present it as medical advice.
